Last year I was very excited to visit Barcelona for the first time. The biggest reason for the visit was to see the works of the amazing architect Antonio Gaudi.
This post looks at La Pedrera – built between 1906 and 1912
I love this building because Gaudi designed it to be lived it, using the best materials, and maximising light within a city environment.
Probably the most famous part of this building is the rooftop and fantastical chimneys.
Thanks to Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge: architecture to give me the chance of showing this amazing building
