Dialogue is an engaging conversational exchange.
When it comes to photography, dialogue can be perceived as a consensual interaction between two images.
Placed next to each other, each photograph opens up to meanings that weren’t there when viewed alone.
For the theme of Zig Zag in the Weekly Photo Challenge, I have chosen a close-up of a pine cone that had been bleached by the sun. I liked the graphic look.
I don’t know why, but this little flower sums up the great British Summer for me…

For this week’s photo challenge I have used a photo that has been on this blog before.. but it is so appropriate for this challenge, I just had to use it again!
I was really pleased to capture the rainbow and the doves, but I wasn’t expecting the man on horseback. On closer inspection it is the top of a weathervane depicting Uncle Tom Cobbley!
